West Stow Country Park and Anglo-Saxon Village is
a very special place. Within its 125 acres there are a
host of different stories waiting to be revealed to the
visitor - the history of the land in this part of the Lark
Valley, how man has changed it since earliest times
and the story of the wildlife that lives here. A range of
opportunities are available - conservation, recreation and education are on offer at the same time,
carefully managed by the Ranger Service.

This is also an invitation to you to help us find
out more, especially if you live or have lived in the
area or if you have visited in the past. We would like
to know about the changes you have seen or can
show us on old photographs or maps. We plan to
produce more detailed information on the Country
Park and Anglo Saxon Village.
